Our warehouse will be closed from 24th December to 4th January, reopening on 5th January.
No orders will be dispatched during this period. Orders received over the closure will be processed once we reopen. Please note:
It may take up to 10 business days to dispatch orders after reopening.
Additional delays may occur with delivery times after dispatch.

*Excludes items sent to or from Perth, Darwin, and Hobart. Orders to or from these locations (Parcel Post or Express Post) must be lodged by 12 December to arrive before Christmas.

The storage and cautions are listed on each product label, please refer to your packaging. For most products, store below 25°C/77°F . For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and don’t eat it, ok. If irritation occurs discontinue use, stat.

If you’re not happy with your order that’s ok! – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the product has been opened and/or used, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. We're also unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

If you’ve received an incorrect item please contact us at hiya@urbanjunglebeauty.com as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product. We will arrange a return and let you know the next steps from there!

Shipping to the USA is back after a temporary pause.
Recently, the U.S. Government introduced new tariffs on imported goods and suspended the de minimis threshold. This previously allowed shipments under $800 to enter the U.S. without duties or taxes.
These changes have significantly increased the cost of bringing our products to you. Despite our best efforts to absorb these rising costs, it has become unavoidable for us to adjust our prices.
This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s the only way we can keep delivering the high-quality products you love. We’re so grateful for your understanding and support through this change.
