The storage and cautions are listed on each product label, please refer to your packaging. For most products, store below 25°C/77°F . For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and don’t eat it, ok. If irritation occurs discontinue use, stat.

We will arrange for a free returns label and the item must be posted back no later than 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not happy with your order that’s ok! – you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to return your product, subject to the below:
If you haven’t used the product, we’ll exchange it, or refund you in full using the same method of payment as your initial purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the product has been opened and/or used, we unfortunately can't offer you a refund or exchange. We're also unable to exchange or refund gift vouchers or promotional items.

If you’ve received an incorrect item please contact us at hiya@urbanjunglebeauty.com as soon as you can with your order number and details of the incorrect or damaged product. We will arrange a return and let you know the next steps from there!
