Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50 AUD

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Australian orders over $50 or $10 flat rate for orders under $50.

• Delivered within 5 working days* (Metro areas)

• Delivered within 7 working days* (rest of Australia)

$15 AUD Express Shipping Australia Wide

We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide.

• We send our express packages with Australia Post

• Delivered within 3 working days (Metro areas)

• Delivered within 4 working days (rest of Australia)

The Fine Print

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days, however delays may be experienced during peak promotional times. We are unable to hold orders for delayed dispatch, nor arrange for orders to be delivered on a particular day by any delivery or courier service, both domestically and internationally.

Should a parcel be returned to Urban Jungle due to any of the following reasons, we are happy to arrange a redelivery with a charge of AUD $10. Your order may be returned if:

• an incorrect, incomplete or insufficient address provided by the recipient

• a parcel is not collected from the post office within the allocated time frame

• the parcel is rejected.

Should you wish to cancel your order and seek a refund request, we will arrange a full refund minus the initial shipping fee. Should there be no initial shipping fee we will refund your order total minus AUD $10 to cover the cost of your parcel being returned to us.

Tracking details are forwarded to the email address provided at time of ordering (be sure to check your junk/spam folder). It is the responsibility of the recipient to monitor the tracking of the parcel. International Shipping

US Only - Free Express Shipping for all orders over $130 AUD

Our US pals will receive free express shipping for all orders over $130 AUD.

Please note, for orders under $130 AUD, a $39 AUD flat rate shipping fee applies (Please allow 6 – 10 working days for delivery)

Rest of the World - International Shipping

Urban Jungle is available for our customers internationally (woohoo!).

Please note: Due to regulation updates, we are unable to ship to Europe/UK at this time.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days once an order confirmation is received. All international orders are sent express.

  • New Zealand - $30 AUD Flat Rate (Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery)

  • Asia / Oceania Shipping - $40 AUD Flat Rate (Please allow 6 – 10 working days for delivery)

  • North America Shipping - $39 AUD Flat Rate (Please allow 6 – 10 working days for delivery)

  • Rest of the World - $45 AUD Flat Rate (6 – 10 working days for delivery.)

As per our delivery partner requirements, please ensure your address is written in English.

UK/EU - Unable to Ship

Please note: Due to regulation updates, we are unable to ship to UK/EU at this time.

The Fine Print

A signature is required for international deliveries and it is the sole responsibility of the receiver to provide an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel. Please note that international couriers will NOT leave a parcel unattended.

Should a parcel be returned to Urban Jungle due to any of the following reasons, and a re-delivery requested by the recipient, a fee of $40 AUD will apply:

• Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts,

• An incorrect or incomplete address is provided,

• Failure by the recipient to contact the delivery service in their receiving country to arrange a re-delivery,

• If a parcel remains unclaimed by the recipient or,

• Failure to pay duties/taxes applicable to the receiving country.

Should a refund be requested due to any of the above reasons for the return, the initial shipping charge will not be refunded.

Customs Fees

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties applied by the destination country and it is important to note that there are some restrictions and limitations imposed by certain Customs Authorities. It is advised to contact your local customs office for any information on what these charges, limitations and restrictions may be. Any additional charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value and status of each parcel. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a gift for export purposes.

If you decline to pay the applicable taxes and duties and your order is returned for this reason, or due to the total order exceeding limitations and restrictions, initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
